They weren't originally meant to be stitches. It was suppose to be a choker. But people kept thinking they were stitches so Power Fx decided to go with its fan and gave Big Al stitches and called the ones on Ann stitches as well. Supposedly Power Fx is going to have a contest to redo Sweet Ann box art soon.
